Reevo is a specialized career service with a mission to address labor shortages within the Construction Industry and Retrofit market, while contributing to affordable warmth. By modernizing access to careers in the Built Environment, Reevo builds a bridge between job seekers and employers in need of skilled workers. Their goal is to create a better future for the industry by helping to match talent with opportunity, and make a positive impact on the industry.
Challenge
Reevo aims to address the issue of labor shortages within the Construction Industry and Retrofit market by increasing awareness and accessibility to sustainable careers in the Built Environment. By tackling these challenges, Reevo strives to bridge the gap between job seekers and employers, and create a more efficient and effective job market for the industry.
Validation Phase
During the Validation Phase Reevo will work on the following:
- Develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in the form of a functional online platform that serves as a central hub for job seekers and employers to connect and interact.
- Build an employment network between potential employers and education providers
- Establish official partnerships with education providers
